- Date of birth, gender, and blood group

- Symptoms and visit records
Medical Store Information
- Store name, address, city, state, and PIN code
- Contact phone number and email
- Registration and license numbers
- Operating hours
- Location coordinates (latitude/longitude) for map services
Doctor & Appointment Information
- Doctor name, specialization, and qualification
- Experience years and consultation fees
- Appointment date, time, and symptoms
- Payment status and consultation fees
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device type, model, and operating system
- Unique device identifiers and push notification tokens
- App features accessed and session duration
- Location data (with permission) for finding nearby clinics
1.3 Third-Party Services
- MSG91: Phone number for OTP verification
- Sentry: Crash reports and error logs (no personal health information included)

Access & Portability
Access your personal information through the App's Profile and Settings sections.
Correction
Update or correct your personal information at any time through the App.
Account Deactivation & Deletion
You can deactivate your account and all associated data:
- In-App: Go to Settings → Account → Deactivate Account

You have 7 days to reactivate your account. After 7 days, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Opt-Out Options
- Push Notifications: Disable through device or app settings
- Location Services: Disable through device settings
- Marketing: Unsubscribe link in emails
7Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, including providing clear notice, obtaining consent, implementing security safeguards, and honoring data principal rights.

EEA users have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
