Welcome to inLine. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the inLine mobile application ("App") provided by Trovalt ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
Important: By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using inLine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2Description of Service
inLine is a clinic management platform that provides:
- Appointment scheduling and management
- Patient record management for healthcare providers
- Doctor and clinic profile management
- Communication tools between patients and providers
3Eligibility
To use inLine, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- If registering as a healthcare provider, hold valid professional licenses and registrations as required by applicable law
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
4User Accounts
4.1 Account Creation
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your MPIN and any biometric authentication methods.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4.3 Account Termination
You may deactivate your account at any time through Settings → Account → Deactivate Account. You have 7 days to reactivate before permanent deletion. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5User Responsibilities
5.1 You Agree To:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Maintain the confidentiality of patient information (for healthcare providers)
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect the intellectual property rights of Trovalt and third parties
5.2 You Agree NOT To:
- Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
- Use automated means to access the App without our permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the App to send spam or unsolicited communications
6Healthcare Provider Terms
Note: This section applies to users who register as healthcare providers (clinics, doctors, medical professionals).
6.1 Professional Qualifications
You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary licenses, certifications, and registrations required to practice in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide proof of qualifications upon request.
6.2 Patient Data Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and security of patient data you enter into the App. You must comply with all applicable healthcare data protection laws and regulations.
6.3 Independent Practice
You acknowledge that Trovalt does not employ you or control your medical practice. You are solely responsible for all medical decisions and patient care.
7Medical Disclaimer
Important Medical Notice
inLine is NOT a medical service provider.
The App does NOT provide:
- Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Emergency medical services
- Prescriptions or medical recommendations
- Second opinions or medical consultations
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns. In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
8Intellectual Property
The App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of Trovalt and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.
9Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
- We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of healthcare providers using the App
10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trovalt, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11Third-Party Services
The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk.
Third-party services used by the App include MSG91 (OTP verification), Sentry (error tracking), and cloud hosting providers.
12Termination
By You: You may stop using the App and deactivate your account at any time through Settings → Account → Deactivate Account. You have 7 days to reactivate before permanent deletion.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or extended periods of inactivity.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
13Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:
- Informal Resolution: Contact us first to attempt to resolve the dispute informally
- Mediation: If informal resolution fails, parties agree to attempt mediation
- Arbitration: Binding arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
The courts of [Your City], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration.
14General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trovalt.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
